These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of jcgandassociates.org and the JCG & Associates client project portal (together, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
JCG & Associates ("JCG," "we," "us") is a licensed general contracting firm based in Greensboro, North Carolina. Information on the Site describes our services and completed work and is provided for general informational purposes.
Progress percentages, phase labels, target dates, photos, and other project information shown on the Site or in the portal are estimates provided for convenience and are subject to change. They are not binding representations and do not modify, replace, or supplement any signed construction contract, proposal, or change order. In the event of any conflict, your signed written agreement with JCG governs. Do not rely on portal figures for financial, lending, insurance, or legal decisions without confirming them with us in writing.
Submitting a contact form or requesting a quote is a request for information and does not create a contract or obligation. Estimates and proposals are provided separately after review and are subject to their own terms.
We provide the Site on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Site or portal will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance. We are not liable for any unavailability of the Site or for any loss resulting from your inability to access it.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. This disclaimer applies to the website and portal only. It does not waive, limit, or affect any warranty, guarantee, or obligation regarding actual construction work, which is governed solely by your separate signed contract with JCG.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JCG and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or portal, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JCG from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
All content, photographs, text, and branding on the Site are the property of JCG & Associates or its licensors unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Client project photos may include work performed by JCG; other logos and marks belong to their respective owners.
The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, an optional Google map, or social-media and partner links). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
JCG & Associates supports and complies with the Fair Housing Act and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Guilford County, North Carolina.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
